Founded in London, Nouri Pictures is a production company based on storytelling and pushing the boundaries of CG animation. The company is inspired by the desire to share impactful stories with their audience. The first project Nouri Pictures has created is Treemen, a fantasy short film that follows the adventures of a young woman in a mystical tribe. The production is due to debut in 2022 at film festivals around the world. Nouri Pictures is proud of their first production, Treemen.
Nouri Pictures' founder Salar Nouri was born in Iran but raised in the UK. After attending the University College London, he went on to study Directing at USC School of Cinematic Arts, founded by Academy Award-winning director Micheal Uno. In addition, he attended the Text and Performance MA program at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts. Nouri founded Nouri Pictures in 2020 and plans to produce a range of CG animation films.
Nouri's father Mohamed was a role model for many Ajax students, despite his illness. In a photograph taken during his funeral, he lifted the sunroof of his car to acknowledge the crowd. His back was arched, and his right hand was placed over his heart. The emotion was palpable, and the pain is raw. Nouri's father's story will be a moving one for fans.
Nouri Pictures Ltd. was incorporated on 14 February 2022. It has been in operation for three months and has one active director and secretary. The company is registered in the Isle of Man. Its name is derived from the Greek word "nourissan".
Despite these challenges, the Nouri family has refused to give up hope. They are seeking a second opinion from a neurosurgeon in the United States. In the meantime, they are hoping to find a way to improve Nouri's condition. Nouri is still a bedridden patient, but he is making progress. The first step toward a life free from disabilities is a better quality of life. It may not be possible for Nouri to walk, but he can communicate by raising his eyebrows and smiling.
As a teenager, Nouri was signed by Ajax. This was exciting for him because he was the first to sign for the club. He made several appearances for the first team, where he was awarded the best player of the year. He also starred for Jong Ajax, a club of his generation with 93 goals in 38 games. But after that, he was already promoted to head coach of Ajax.
